GKN Aerospace

GKN Aerospace GKN Aerospace is a global engineering group with 15,000 employees across 12 countries and 35 manufacturing sites.

As part of their mission to build a progressive business, the Chief HR Officer asked us to create a leadership programme for women in the business and has worked with them to deploy the programme globally. We have partnered with GKN Aerospace since 2017, working with their human resources and talent teams to support and develop women and drive inclusion within the business.

As with all our engagements, we began by working with the senior leadership team to understand their needs and goals and to tailor the programme to these needs. This women’s development programme led to the creation of an Employee Resource Group (ERG), Connected Women, to support all women and further drive gender diversity and women’s progression across the business
