As a coach, facilitator, author, and speaker, her approach emphasizes sustainable cultural change, equipping leaders with the tools to build psychologically safe environments that foster collaboration and breakthrough performance.​​

A Cambridge University graduate and former Deloitte management consultant, Griselda’s leadership philosophy is shaped by her firsthand experience navigating corporate landscapes. She has developed pioneering frameworks for braver, more inclusive leadership.​​

Griselda Togobo is a leading voice on equality and inclusive business practices who has dedicated more than a decade to building communities and championing women’s advancement and development through her women in leadership community, WeAreNovi.com. She collaborates closely with organizations to close the gender gap in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) sectors.​​

Her expertise is recognized through her appointments as a Fellow at the Girls’ Schools Association (GSA), Enterprise Ambassador at Leeds University, and Leader in Residence at Lancaster University. She also serves on the Board of The National School of Contemporary Dance, Ambassador for the Open University’s Black Students Support Fund and sits on Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Academic Advisory Group (Delivered by Leeds University).​​

Beyond corporate transformation, Griselda founded Advancing Futures, applying her leadership development principles to empower women entrepreneurs in Ghana, creating a ripple effect that enhances educational opportunities for children in low-income communities. ​​

She lives in West Yorkshire with her husband, Michael, and their children, Makavo and Elinam.​

Griselda believes she has been very fortunate in the opportunities afforded to her in her life. As a result, she takes every opportunity to support organisations and causes that work toward creating a more equitable and inclusive world. Griselda champions and supports women leaders and entrepreneurs through her own organization. Additionally, she supports the work of multiple charities, including her own charity in Ghana.

Griselda’s recent climb of Mt. Kilimanjaro was to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Research as a tribute to friends lost to cancer and to drive awareness for cancer support services.
