Griselda Togobo is an inspiring individual who does amazing work on diversity & inclusion and leadership development. Her approach of using data and psychology gets to the heart of the challenges that hold organisations back from creating cultures that allow human potential to thrive and deliver high performance. She did an amazing job speaking at an event for Said Business School, University of Oxford and I can highly recommend her as a speaker and consultant.​

Yorkshire Water has made good progress in terms of diversity, particularly in improving the gender balance. Our management and senior management are now well over 30 per cent female, which is a tipping point in terms of change. Yorkshire Water has achieved this by investing in female-led workplace development programmes, including this programme with Forward Ladies, creating a bespoke development programme. Many of the women from our first cohort are now undertaking coaching and mentoring with other females within the business and we have seen clear results in terms of the number of women being promoted and then staying in those new roles. ​

Griselda has run this programme in many different companies, and I just thought her ethos and the way the programme was structured was something we could really use in GKN Aerospace. It has been fantastic to have her experience and her network to bring in the external guest speakers and best practice from other places. We’ve had great feedback from the candidates as well as the line managers and we hope to continue the programme across all our regions. ​

Griselda delivered a tailored and inspirational keynote for our International Women’s Day event. She was a pleasure to work with in advance of the event and we had brilliant feedback from our attendees. Brilliant, and we look forward to working with her again in the future.

Griselda has incredible energy, drive and passion and has really helped myself and my colleagues understand the practical things we can do today to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Griselda inspires others through great story telling, personal experience and insights and her infectious authenticity. I would encourage anyone seeking to elevate the debate and action on gender equality, diversity and inclusivity to engage with Griselda.​
